BIG SAM SILVER
Before you sell.
A few good details make a better conversation.
Gold jewelry: show the piece and the marks.
Photograph the entire piece, clasp and any readable markings. Share the weight and exact unit if known. A stamp helps start a review; it does not confirm purity or the weight of payable metal.
Coins and bullion: keep the details intact.
Photograph both sides, dates, denominations and any weight or fineness markings. Keep certified coins in their holders and avoid cleaning them. Metal content, condition and collector interest may each affect an evaluation.
Silver: turn it over.
Include the maker marks and any words or numbers underneath. Tell us if a piece is weighted, hollow or part of a set. Silver plate and sterling need different conversations.
Ask how the offer works.
Before agreeing, confirm the item, testing method, payable weight, total offer, any fees, payment timing and how a return would work. A photo review is preliminary.
